Parag Tyagi has launched the Shefali Jariwala Rise Foundation to honour his late wife’s dream of empowering women and educating girls. He will reveal details about her last day in an upcoming podcast, with all earnings going to the NGO.

Parag Tyagi is keeping the memory of his late wife, Shefali Jariwala, alive by fulfilling her dream. Shefali (remembered as the “Kaanta Laga” girl and a well-known face in Indian television) passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 42 after a cardiac arrest. Her sudden death left fans and friends shocked.

On August 12, their wedding anniversary, Parag shared a heartfelt post remembering her. Now, he has announced the launch of the Shefali Jariwala Rise Foundation, an NGO focused on girl education and women’s empowerment. He said that Shefali always wanted to support this cause.

Parag Tyagi Makes Starts NGO And YouTube Channel Dedicated To Shefali Jariwala

In an Instagram video, Parag wrote, “First step towards Pari’s dream of educating girls and empowering women. Starting SHEFALI JARIWALA RISE FOUNDATION, to support that launching a YouTube channel… where I am coming up with my first product very very soon where I will speak about our beautiful life and will share what actually happened the dark night.”

He also revealed that his upcoming podcast will share details of the day Shefali passed away, something fans have been eager to know. The revenue from this podcast will be donated to the NGO. He added, “Requesting you all to subscribe and give us all your love, what u have always given. Lots and lots of love to all wonderful friends.”
