Recently, Malaika was spotted outside a gym in Mumbai, glowing after her session. She wore a stylish workout outfit and let her hair flow naturally as she quickly got into her car.

Malaika Arora Shares 4 Exercises To Shred Belly Fat

In her recent Instagram video, Malaika shared a simple ab workout that needs no equipment. She wrote, “Strong core, zero equipment, just your mat and these exercises.”

The routine is designed to help with weight loss while strengthening and stabilising the core. A strong core improves posture, balance, and overall body strength.

1. Knee to Elbow Crunch
Lie flat on your mat. Lift your upper body into a crunch while bringing your knees toward your chest. Try to touch your elbows to your knees at the centre. Do 12–15 reps for three sets. This targets stubborn lower belly fat.

2. Boat Pose Crunch
Sit on the mat and lift both legs and torso to form a V-shape. Extend your arms forward, parallel to your shins. Pull your knees in and extend back out without losing balance. Perform 12–15 reps for three sets. This move works your obliques, hip flexors, and lower back.

3. Ankle Tuck Crunch
Lie flat with arms overhead. Crunch up, bend your knees toward your chest, and tap your ankles. Complete three sets of 12–15 reps. This engages the midsection and improves coordination.

4. V-Sit Hold
Lie flat, then lift your legs and torso into a V-shape. Extend your arms alongside your legs and hold for 12–15 counts. Repeat three times. This exercise activates the entire core.

By sharing these simple exercises, Malaika shows that effective weight loss workouts don’t need fancy equipment or hours at the gym.
