It seems like Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 19 is losing viewers fast. The show has dropped to the twentieth spot in the weekly TV ratings among other Indian TV shows. Last week, it was at number 11. This shows that audiences are not enjoying it as much.
The makers are trying everything to get attention back. Recent episodes focused on fights and drama. Contestants like Nehal and Farhana were sent to a secret room instead of eviction, making the show suspenseful. Now, YouTuber and BB OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav is set to enter during the Weekend Ka Vaar.
Elvish Yadav Set To Enter Inside Bigg Boss 19 Amid Falling TRP
In a promo video, Elvish says, “BB weekend ka vaar mein Salman Bhai ke side mein khade hokar bolunga. Salman bhai ke aage koi bol sakta hai kya?” Fans have already reacted online. One said, “Kya fayda jhut he bolna hai.” Another joked, “Yaha bhi abhishek se late entry.”

Will His Entry Boost The Ratings?
As we all know, Elvish has a huge fan following and support from the YouTube community. Makers are hoping his entry will raise ratings and bring energy back to the show. But whether it will stop the fall is unclear.
The drop in TRPs comes as viewers say the show is less entertaining now. Even with stars like Gaurav Khanna, Ashnoor Kaur, Amaal Mallik and Baseer Ali, the audience interest seems to be fading.
There were rumours about wild card entries too. At first, reports said someone linked to Gaurav Khanna might join. Later, Awez Darbar and Baseer Ali’s ex Shubhi Joshi’s name also came up. So far, only Shehbaz has entered. These additions seem to be the makers’ way to keep the audience hooked.
Meanwhile, other shows continue to lead in ratings. Rupali Ganguly’s Anupamaa is still the most-watched show on Indian TV. It is followed by Smriti Irani’s Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. This makes the competition tougher for Bigg Boss 19.
