From now on, the state government’s corporation will directly transfer salaries into the accounts of all sanitation and contractual employees — ending the role of outsourcing companies in the payment process.

CM Yogi said this move will eliminate middlemen, prevent delays, and ensure that workers receive their rightful wages on time. “Every sanitation worker and contractual employee will now be paid directly by the government’s corporation. No outsourcing company will handle their payments,” he stated.
In addition to this, the Chief Minister announced that sanitation workers will receive a ₹5 lakh health insurance cover, ensuring financial security and healthcare support for them and their families.
