Taking to X, CM Mann wrote that the event marks another milestone in the state government’s commitment to providing employment opportunities and strengthening Punjab’s power sector. He emphasized that the recruitment drive is part of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government’s broader vision to make Punjab self-reliant in energy and efficient in public service.

During the ceremony, Arvind Kejriwal congratulated the newly appointed candidates, expressing confidence that their contribution would enhance the state’s electricity infrastructure and help in delivering uninterrupted power to citizens. He also lauded the Punjab government’s transparent recruitment process, stating that such initiatives restore faith in governance and public administration.
CM Mann, in his address, reaffirmed his government’s resolve to create more employment avenues for the youth, noting that thousands have already received government jobs since AAP came to power. He added that the state will continue to focus on merit-based hiring and modernization of key sectors like power, agriculture, and industry.
The event, held in the presence of senior officials and party members, received a positive response from the newly appointed employees and their families, who expressed gratitude toward the government for ensuring fair and timely recruitment.
