Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has issued a final reminder to homebuyers, urging them to take advantage of its First Come–First Serve Scheme—an initiative aimed at helping citizens realise their dream of owning a home in the state capital.
According to the LDA’s official announcement, the offer period—which began on 22 September 2025—is set to end on 17 November 2025, marking the last chance for prospective buyers to book flats at special festive rates.
Flats Available in Prime Locations
Under the scheme, the authority is offering 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments situated across some of the most sought-after localities in Lucknow. The scheme has attracted strong interest from both general buyers and government employees due to flexible payment benefits and attractive discounts.
Festive Discount Slabs Announced
LDA has introduced tier-based festive discounts for eligible buyers:
- ₹20 lakh to ₹50 lakh: ₹1 lakh off
- ₹50 lakh to ₹75 lakh: ₹1.5 lakh off
- Above ₹75 lakh: ₹2 lakh off
In addition, homebuyers who deposit the full amount within 45 to 90 days of allotment will receive an extra 6% to 3% discount.
Immediate Possession for Government Employees
As per the announcement:
- Government employees can obtain instant possession on payment of just 25% of the total cost.
- General citizens will receive possession after depositing 35% of the amount.
LDA has also opened the option for individuals to purchase more than one apartment, providing greater flexibility to investors and families.
