He noted that the state government has consistently worked towards creating a safe, supportive, and opportunity-driven environment for women in Uttar Pradesh. “If women advance, the society will advance, the state will become self-reliant, and no one can stop India from becoming a developed nation,” he said.

He added that Uttar Pradesh has seen a rise in women-led start-ups, participation in MSMEs, and leadership roles across various sectors.
Congratulating the organizers, he said that platforms like FICCI FLO play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of women entrepreneurs and professionals. He praised the organization for bringing women from different states together for meaningful discussions, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
The conference focuses on mentorship programs, financial literacy, market access, and capacity-building for women. Sessions on digital innovation, social entrepreneurship, and leadership development are expected to provide participants practical insights and networking opportunities.
