He puts blueberries at first, while the other foods in the list are as follows;

  • Greentea
  • Avocados
  • Cruciferous and green leafy vegetables
  • Walnuts and flaxseeds
  • Virgin olive oil
  • Unsweetened Greek yogurt 

Why These Natural Foods Target Dangerous Visceral Fat?

There are tons of benefits that these natural food delivers to your body. With fiber, antioxidants, and probiotics, the food in the list supports belly fat reduction in all scientific ways.

Blueberries are high in anthocyanins and thus have antioxidant properties, helping to decrease inflammation and regulate insulin, as well as improve fat metabolism. Blueberries, when consumed daily, can also lead to lower visceral fat levels.
