What Are Turmeric Milk Benefits For Your Health?

Before consuming turmeric milk, you should know how to consume it. Drinking it blind folded can give your harmful effects to your body. According to Ayurveda, human boy is of three types:  Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

Your Body is Vata

If you have persistent pain in your joint, hands and legs, back, waist, or you have weak bones or you feel breathless after walking some distance, then you should realise that your body has Vata nature.

Your body is Pitta

If you face remains oily all the time, and if pimples, and sores often emerge on your face, or you often have acidity or if you feel burning sensation after eating spicy food, then your body has Pitta nature.  For this, take a glass of water and add 1 gram ‘Arjun Ki Chaal’. Heat this milk till it reduces to half of its quantity. Now add a pinch of turmeric powder to it and also add one drop ‘Shilajit’ juice to it. If you drink this shake for seven days, you will get rid of your problems.

Your Body is Kapha

If you get cold, cough as soon as there are sudden changes in weather conditions, or you get fever quite often or your immunity remains weak, then it means that your body has Kapha nature. You should drink a glass of turmeric milk before going to bed at night. Always take cow milk or goat milk. Do not take buffalo milk, as it may be harmful for your body. You should add only 1 gram turmeric powder to a glass of milk. You can also add one spoon honey to it. If your condition is very serious, then you can add Black Pepper also to the shake.

If your metabolism does not work well, and the calories you take do not burn properly, then it may accumulate in your body in the form of fat. It may also lead to constipation. For this, take a glass of milk, and add ‘Triphala Churna’ and a pinch of turmeric powder to it. Drink it before going to bed on a regular basis for seven days. As a result, bowels will be clear and digestive system will become stronger.  Apart from this, you should also do Pranayama, meditation, yoga, walking and jogging.

If you are used to sleeping late night, it can give rise to various problems to your body, such as hormonal imbalance in your body. As a result, you may feel tired. Your impatience level may also increase. For this, take a glass of hot milk, and add a pinch of turmeric power and heat it. Now, add two Khajoor (dates) to it before you drink the shake.

Finally, if you have hair problem, such as alopecia, thinning of hair, etc, then this shows that there is malnutrition in your body. For this, take a glass of milk, add half spoon ‘Amla’ (Gooseberry) Churan, and a pinch of turmeric powder to it. Drink this shake 3-4 times a week, on every alternate day. In addition, get up in the morning to do nail rubbing exercises Do this exercise empty stomach every morning and evening. You will get to notice remarkable results in a few days.
