The exercise is Calf Push-Ups, which are a seated exercise that you can do whether you are in the office, home or plane. For this, you do not need any heavy machine or something like that. All you need to do is lift your heels while keeping your toes planted to work the deep soleus calf muscle. This will help you boost your metabolism and regulate your blood sugar by pulling glucose from the blood.

The exercise requires you to sit upright, lift your heels as high as possible. Repeat this action rhythmically for several minutes after meals.  Doing this exercise will reduce your blood sugar level by 52% and insulin by 60%. Start doing this exercise without a second thought!
