During the podcast conversation, Kunal Kapoor bluntly said, “I think vegetarians are racist.” The statement immediately caught attention. Pooja Bhatt responded with a laugh and asked, “So, I’m a racist?” Instead of softening his stance, Kunal went on to explain his reasoning.
He claimed that he feels excluded as a non-vegetarian. According to him, he serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food when guests visit his home. However, he alleged that vegetarian households often do not extend the same courtesy. He described this as unfair and used the term racism to explain his experience.
