The Kashmir Files genius said he was “proud” and “mind blown” to see Aditya Dhar’s spy-thriller drama.
What Did Vivek Agnihotri Said?
In a post on X, Vivek said he just landed back after 2 months in India and watched Dhurandhar. He remarked he is literally stunned to see how someone can make such an amazing and awesome movie. Vivek credit the vision, the confidence, the actors, the performances and the writing.
Vivek also praised the movie’s music and the role of the involved technicians. The director added every face in the movie feels directed, cast and placed with intention. Vivek went on to remark that this amazing cohesion does not happen by accident and Dhurandhar is purely a writer/director’s film.
Earlier, director Anurag Kashyap praised the movie.
The movie starred Ranvir Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, Rakesh Bedi and Danish Pandor. The movie’s second and final sequel, Dhurandhar 2, will hit the theatres on March 19, 2026. Dhurandhar has become the 5th film in the history of Indian cinema to cross the Rs 1200 crore mark at the box office worldwide.
