Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME) hosted MILAN – Alumni Meet 2025 on 7th Feb,2026 , bringing together alumni, faculty members, dignitaries, and students for an evening characterised by nostalgia, celebration, and collective reflection. The event was organised under the theme, “Rewind, Relive and Relish Thy Memories Again.”

The programme was seamlessly anchored by RJ Mohit, whose engaging and energetic hosting added warmth and continuity to the evening. The event began with a gracious welcome of the guests, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and the Saraswati Vandana, which set an auspicious and dignified tone for the evening. A video message from the institution’s leadership offered insights into DME’s academic journey, highlighting its milestones, achievements, and progressive vision. Addressing the gathering, Prof. (Dr.) Komal Vig, Director, DME Noida, highlighted the pivotal role of alumni in fostering academic excellence and strengthening the institution’s enduring legacy.
The cultural segment added vibrancy to the proceedings through a sequence of engaging performances by student societies. Enigma – the Singing Society captivated the audience with expressive musical renditions, while Fitoor – the Dance Society presented a dynamic array of performances spanning jazz, flamenco, and Bollywood dance forms. The evening reached a rousing conclusion with an energetic performance by the Bhangra Steppers, which was met with enthusiastic applause.
The formal proceedings concluded with a vote of thanks, after which the celebrations continued with a DJ session and dinner. The alumni meet provided a meaningful forum for former students to reconnect with their alma mater, engage with faculty members, and revisit fond campus memories.
