Nitesh Rane: The Minister of Ports Development of Maharashtra has sparked big controversy by claiming that Bollywood actor Salman Khan demonstrates stronger Hindu values than Shiv Sena (Uddhav Bal Thackeray) Supremo Uddhav Thackeray. The remarks of Nitesh Rane followed the presence of Salman at the centenary celebrations of the Mohan Bhagwat led Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in Mumbai.

Rane remarked that Uddhav does not have the courage to call Bal Thackeray, his own father, as the Hindu Hriday Samrat (the King of Hindu hearts) before Congress party leader Rahul Gandhi. Rane also commented that Uddhav could have possibly completed a PhD in his rambling speeches.

Nitesh Rane Blasts Raj Thackeray

In a post on X, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray commented that eminent personalities who attended the two-day lecture series that was themed ‘100 Years of Sangh Journey: New Horizons’ attended not because of affection for Bhagwat but because of the NDA government.

Rane while responding to the remarks of Raj Thackeray commented that it is surprising to find out that both Uddhav and Raj stay silent when a Mumbai AIMIM contractor made controversial remarks after an electoral win. Nitesh Rane also commented that Raj is probably trying to please his Abba (father) in Pakistan by maintaining silence during the Mullah Maulvi.

Sanjay Raut Questions RSS

Sanjay Raut, a Shiv Sena UBT Rajya Sabha MP, criticized the participation of Salman Khan saying he was probably invited to draw crowds because of his immense popularity. Raut questioned whether the RSS would have its doors open for other members of the Muslim community in the future.
