Ghaziabad News: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has issued a public notice announcing an auction of multiple categories of land parcels—including residential, commercial, kiosks, shops, and institutional plots—scheduled for February 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The auction will be conducted at Hindi Bhawan, officials said.

According to the authority, the properties are located across key schemes in Indirapuram, Vaishali, and Kaushambi, and include a mix of plots such as 28 commercial plots and one hospital plot in Indirapuram’s Nyay Khand-1, residential plots in extension blocks, shop plots, a hotel plot, and land parcels earmarked for facilities like nursing homes, schools, and health centres.

Registration for participation is open from February 11 to February 18, 2026, through both online and offline modes. GDA clarified that the number of properties listed is tentative and may be revised, with any updates to be published on its official website. The authority emphasised that the auction process will be conducted under prescribed rules and conditions, ensuring transparency and fair participation for all bidders.

Officials added that the initiative is part of ongoing urban development efforts aimed at facilitating planned growth, promoting commercial activity, and expanding residential infrastructure in rapidly developing zones of the city. Interested applicants have been advised to review detailed terms and property specifications before submitting bids.
