The new song “Justin Bieber” by Elvish Yadav is trending across social media. The track has gained millions of views in a short time. However, the release has now sparked controversy after actor and former Bigg Boss contestant Ajaz Khan levelled serious allegations.
Ajaz Khan publicly accused Elvish Yadav of copying parts of the song from Raghav Chaturvedi, also known as DJ Raga. The claims quickly grabbed attention online, adding a dramatic twist to the song’s success.
The Haryanvi track was released on February 18, 2026. While fans were celebrating the music video, the conversation soon shifted towards the plagiarism accusations.
Ajaz Khan Calls Out Elvish Yadav For Stealing DJ Raga’s Song
Ajaz Khan shared a video on his social media handle, directly addressing the issue. In the clip, he introduced DJ Raga and claimed that the young musician had written and composed elements of the rap featured in “Justin Bieber.”
He went further and said, “Jisse gana likhwaya hai chapri, usko credit to de bechare bache ko.”
The video shows DJ Raga presenting screenshots of chats. He is also seen performing what he claims is the original version of the rap. Ajaz Khan also mentioned DJ Raga’s personal struggles. In his caption, he claimed the musician is taking care of his sick father after losing his mother to cancer. He added that Raga once admired Elvish but now feels cheated.
As of now, Elvish Yadav and his team have not released any official response to the allegations.

Amid the growing controversy, DJ Raga also shared his side of the story. Posting from his official social media account, he tagged Elvish Yadav and accused him of copying lyrics and rap flow. Raga claimed he did not receive payment or credit on Spotify. According to him, this disagreement led him to deny permission for his “rap and flow” to be used.
In a later post, he shared what he described as proof. He wrote, “Time & Date when the project was made, vocals were recorded cause i wrote the LYRICS & composed the flow, gave them the whole structure of the song.”
Despite the accusations, DJ Raga stated that he does not want to spread hate. He clarified that he is only seeking justice.
