Ghaziabad News: Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has announced a large-scale auction of group housing, commercial, hotel, institutional and mixed-use plots under the Madhuban Bapudham scheme, offering investors and developers an opportunity to acquire land parcels across multiple pockets of the township.
Ghaziabad News: Auction schedule and application timeline
According to the authority, the application process will open on 25 February 2026 and continue until 13 March 2026. The auction is scheduled to be held on 18 March 2026 from 11:00 a.m. at Hindi Bhawan.
Interested applicants can register online through the official GDA portal or submit offline applications at the main branch of HDFC Bank Limited in RDC Rajnagar, Ghaziabad, after depositing the prescribed fee and obtaining the brochure.

Under the Madhuban Bapudham scheme in Ghaziabad, the authority has listed the following tentative inventory:

- 1 group housing plot
- 1 commercial plot
- 4 mixed land-use plots
- 1 high school plot
- 5 facility plots

- 1 commercial plot
- 2 hotel plots
- 1 mixed land-use plot
- 3 facility plots

- 3 group housing plots
Officials clarified that the number of plots is tentative and may change; any revisions will be uploaded on the authority’s website.
Government message and objective
The announcement, shared around the Holi festival, highlighted the initiative as an opportunity for investors to “add the color of prosperity along with Holi colors.” The promotional communication referenced Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, signaling state-level backing for urban development and investment promotion.
