Rashmika Mandanna chose a quiet and meaningful way to celebrate her 30th birthday. Instead of hosting a big party, the actor kept things simple and personal. She spent the day with her husband Vijay Deverakonda and close family members.
The celebration took place away from the spotlight. Rashmika travelled back to her hometown Coorg on April 5. For her, the day was less about glamour and more about memories, family and reconnecting with her roots.

Rashmika’s birthday celebrations focused on nostalgia. She visited places that are close to her heart. These included the temple she used to go to while growing up. She also stopped by her old school to relive childhood memories, even though she could only see it from outside due to time limits.
Later, she celebrated with a small cake-cutting ceremony. It was attended by people she considers important in her life. She also hosted a quiet dinner with extended family members who could not attend her wedding earlier this year.
Sharing photos from the day, Rashmika opened up about her experience. She wrote, “My 30th birthday was kinda different this time… went back home after a while… revisited childhood for a quick bit… cut the cake amongst the people who are the reason for my being today… everything feels worth it.”
The day became even more special when her father surprised her with a gift. Reports suggest he gifted her a bungalow named ‘Serenity’ near Virajpet.
Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda also marked the occasion with a personal post. He shared a behind-the-scenes video featuring Rashmika from their upcoming film Ranabaali. Along with the video, he wrote a short but heartfelt message, “I love you Jayamma :)”.
This birthday was also special as it marked Rashmika’s first celebration after her wedding in February 2026.
Rashmika And Vijay’s Upcoming Films
On the professional front, Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda have already worked together in films like Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade. Now, they are set to reunite again for Ranabaali, directed by Rahul Sankrityan.
The film has created buzz among fans who have been waiting to see the pair on screen again. Rashmika’s transformation into her character Jayamma has already caught attention.
Apart from this, Rashmika will also be seen in Cocktail 2. The film features Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in key roles. It is directed by Homi Adajania and produced by Maddock Films and Luv Films.
Cocktail 2 is set to release on June 19, 2026. It is described as a romantic comedy-drama and a follow-up to the 2012 film Cocktail. While the full story is still under wraps, it is expected to explore modern relationships, friendship and romance.
