Greater Noida News: The state of Uttar Pradesh is all set to promote road safety and a safer driving culture for all by building a state-of-the-art traffic park in the Jahangirpur area. Built on one acre in the Yamuna Park, it would be constructed by the Honda Group.

The traffic park in Greater Noida would help children and drivers learn about traffic rules and regulations. Free land for the park has been provided to the Honda Group by the Yamuna Authority after a proposal was approved for the same at the last board meeting.

Work on the detailed project report (DPR) has already been initiated. Once the final approval is received from the board, construction would start immediately and the entire traffic park is likely to be operational within a period of 1 year.
Specialities Of The Park
The traffic park in Greater Noida would feature a real-world and road-like environment with roundabouts, zebra crossings, signboards and traffic lights for students and drivers to practice. Moreover, it would feature the out-of-the-box riding simulator by Honda to help people learn and experience different ways to deal with dangerous traffic situations without any real risk.
Miniature vehicles and bicycles would be used to teach students and others learn about traffic rules in playful and interactive ways. The park would also feature interactive sessions on the significance of road safety. In addition to this, the park would be imparting safe driving tricks via driving track and simulator based training.
In recent years, there has been a massive surge in the count of road accidents across the state and not just India. The park’s development is aimed at educating young minds of the society about traffic rules and regulations at a young age so they become responsible citizens of the country.
