The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced the reopening of registrations for its affordable housing project, the Atal Nagar Yojana, offering 630 flats in Lucknow.

The online registration process will begin on April 18, 2026, and remain open for one month until May 17, 2026. Applicants can register exclusively through the official LDA website.
Flat Availability and Configuration
The available units include 539 one-bedroom (1 BHK) and 91 two-bedroom (2 BHK) flats. The housing project is located in Devpur Para and consists of 15 towers ranging from 12 to 19 floors, with a total of 2,496 flats.
Pricing and Area
The flats range in size from 30 square meters to 54.95 square meters, with prices starting from approximately ₹9.82 lakh, making them accessible under the affordable housing segment.
Transparent Allotment Process
The allotment of flats will be conducted through a transparent lottery system. These 630 units are part of the remaining inventory after previous allotments.
Registration Fees
Applicants will need to pay a registration fee of ₹55,658 for 1 BHK flats and ₹1,00,852 for 2 BHK flats. The fee will be refunded in case the applicant is not allotted a flat.

The scheme offers essential amenities such as clean water supply, electricity, lifts, power backup, security arrangements, green spaces, children’s play areas, and parking facilities.
