Mann remarked that while the government can provide the necessary platform and resources, the ultimate success of students depends on their hard work, dedication, and determination. Comparing the improved educational infrastructure to a runway, he said the state is providing students with the means to take flight, while the height they achieve depends on their own efforts.
He also praised the achievements of meritorious students, describing them as role models for future generations. The Chief Minister emphasized that quality education remains one of the government’s key priorities and that efforts to modernize schools and improve learning outcomes will continue.
