Sharing the experience of a newly appointed candidate in the Fisheries Department, Cheema stated that the state’s recruitment process has helped build confidence among thousands of young people seeking government employment. The candidate reportedly said that she secured her position through a fair and transparent selection process and did not have to spend any money beyond the prescribed government application fees.
According to the minister, the Punjab government has focused on creating a recruitment system that prioritizes merit, accountability, and equal opportunity.
