Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national media in-charge Anurag Dhanda has questioned the handling of the alleged donation theft case linked to the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, following media reports and claims circulating on social media regarding the matter.

In a post on X, Dhanda alleged that efforts were being made to defend Champat Rai amid the controversy. Referring to the ongoing debate, he questioned the circumstances surrounding the case and called for the truth to come out through a proper investigation.
His remarks came after media reports claimed that an alleged theft of temple offerings came to light on May 27, and that Champat Rai had reportedly gone to lodge an FIR but did not proceed with the complaint after a phone conversation. These claims have been widely reported but have not been independently verified.
