The Indo-Pacific remains a key focus of India’s foreign policy, with New Delhi emphasizing a free, open, inclusive and rules-based regional order. The Prime Minister’s visit is also expected to reinforce cooperation on maritime security, regional stability and economic resilience.
Following his engagements in Indonesia, PM Modi will travel to Australia and New Zealand, where he is scheduled to participate in bilateral meetings and interact with members of the Indian diaspora. The tour aims to deepen India’s strategic, economic and cultural partnerships with the three countries.
