Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren reviewed the progress of the Farmer School (Kisan Pathshala) initiative in Garhwa during a meeting with the Agriculture Department. The review focused on evaluating the effectiveness of the programme and identifying areas where improvements are needed to better support farmers across the state.

The Chief Minister directed the Agriculture Department to make every Farmer School more empowered, active, and result-oriented. He emphasized that each centre should provide high-quality training and technical knowledge so that every farmer in the state can benefit from the latest agricultural practices.
The government believes that strengthening the Farmer School network will play a key role in improving agricultural productivity, promoting scientific farming techniques, and enhancing the livelihoods of farmers throughout Jharkhand.
