Bhagwant Mann: Focus on Modern Sports Infrastructure

The development of modern playgrounds and gyms is being positioned as a key part of Punjab’s efforts to provide young people with improved facilities for training and physical fitness.

The government is also highlighting major sporting initiatives, including the Asian Hockey Championship and Khedan Watan Punjab Diyan, as part of its broader sports development agenda.

Encouraging Punjab’s Sporting Talent

Cheema said the initiatives are intended to provide young athletes with stronger platforms to develop their skills and pursue opportunities at higher levels of competition.
