Renault has announced the pricing of the all-new KIGER starting at an introductory price of Rs 5.45 lakh (ex-showroom, all India).
The bookings for the Renault KIGER also commence from today across the extensive dealership network of more than more than 500 sales outlets across the country.
The Renault Kiger is based on the CMFA+ platform that also underpins the Triber, Kwid and the Nissan Magnite. In terms of dimensions, the Kiger measures 3,991mm in length, 1,750mm in width, 1,600mm in height and has a 2,500mm-long wheelbase.
Renault claims the Kiger has best-in-segment 710mm of space between the front headrests, 220mm of rear legroom and 1,431mm of elbow room at the rear.
The Kiger is also claimed to have the largest in class 405-litre boot that can expand to 879 litres with the rear seats folded. The Kiger stands 205mm off the ground on 16-inch alloy wheels shod in 195/65 R16 tyres.
Design wise, the Kiger sports a sculpted bonnet and a large ‘winged’ front grille (with honeycomb-shaped chrome elements) and split, all-LED headlight setup.
At the side, Renault has given the Kiger flared wheel arches and a downward sloping roofline that ends in a blacked-out C-pillar.
At the rear, there are distinctive C-shaped LED tail-lights and the Kiger also gets a small spoiler element and faux-aluminium skid plate.
On the accessories and personalisation front, customers can choose from a smart range of specially curated accessory packs. There are five exclusive personalisation packs, SUV, Attractive, Essential, Smart, Smart Plus, and tech accessories like a wireless charger and air purifier.
