Audi e-cycle specifications

It has a 720Wh battery inside and a 250W Brose motor, which together are estimated to have a peak torque of 66 ft/lb. A range of 48 to 152 kilometres is said to be available. Audi has not, however, disclosed its top speed.

Like other e-bikes powered by Brose, the Audi model boasts four levels of electric assistance, from gentle Eco to full-on Boost mode.

Design and Hardware

Aside from the motor and battery, the aluminium frame of Audi's electric mountain bike is manufactured with distinct parts from those found in Porsche's eBike series.

The brakes, fork, and shock on the Audi e-bike are made by Brakes IN.CA.S, and the chain, shifters, and derailleur are made by Sram. Italian companies Sella Italia and Vittoria created the bike's saddle and tyres.

Price

Three sizes of the electric mountain bike from Audi are offered, but it is only available as a limited-edition model in the UK for £8,499 ($10,200 or Rs 8,38,000).
