The Honda Livo has a 109.51cc fuel-injected single-cylinder air-cooled engine connected to a 4-speed transmission, which it shares with the Honda CD 110 Dream. The engine has friction-reducing features such as a piston cooling jet, a roller rocker arm with a needle bearing, and an offset cylinder that increases economy.
