Hyundai Grand i10 Nios 2023: The new upgraded version to give a tough fight to Maruti Suzuki Swift?

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios 2023: The updated Hyundai Kona EV is expected to debut this year; the new-generation Verna, Creta, and Grand i10 Nios facelifts are expected to arrive sometime next year. Hyundai Motor India plans to update its existing popular models, including the Creta, Verna (new-gen), Grand i10 Nios, and Kona EV. The brand-new 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios was recently captured on camera during testing. The semi-camouflaged test mule with spots showed some design alterations.

A major alteration in the exterior and interior design

As you can see in the spy photos, the model’s front grille, headlights, LED DLRs, taillamps, and back bumper have all been partially covered, suggesting major alterations. It sports a pair of newly created alloy wheels, although the side profile is identical to the current model. Inside the cabin, not much is anticipated to change. Along with a slew of new technologies, the 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift is anticipated to have a new interior design and upholstery.

Engine, Torque, speed of Hyundai Grand i10

It is anticipated that the new 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 facelift will be available with both the 1.2L normally aspirated and 1.0L turbo petrol engines. The former produces 83 horsepower and 114 Nm, but the latter produces 100 bhp and 172 Nm. The new one, like the current one, is available with a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT (only with the 1.2L NA petrol engine).

The hatchback will also be offered with a 1.2L gasoline engine

Apart from this, a factory-installed with CNG kit. Its CNG version is rated to produce 95Nm of torque and 69bhp of power. Only a 5-speed manual gearbox will be offered with the Nios CNG models.

No formal announcement on the launch’s timing and specifics

However, the upgraded Grand i10 Nios is anticipated to go on sale later in 2023. It will compete with the 2023-slated new-generation Maruti Suzuki Swift. We have competition on our hands.
