Maruti Alto 2022: The Maruti Suzuki Alto hatchback will be available with a new design. It will be launched on August 18. Both the outside and inside of the car have undergone several upgrades. In addition, the engine and proportions have also been modified. Online leaks of this car’s images have recently surfaced in the media. This story contains all of the information about the car’s appearance and interior. The new Alto will feature swept-back headlamps, a larger trapezoidal grille, and a more upright front end. There are two C-shaped wrinkles on the front bumper. The new Alto and new Celerio share a similar aesthetic. It appears to be the new Celerio from the back as well. The placement of the taillights, the design of the tailgate, and even the bumper are similar.

Speaking of the inside, the photographs show that the dashboard is in good condition. The vehicle will have a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Apple Car Play and Android Auto. There will be an AC unit provided with controls directly underneath. The driver display will show the speedometer digitally. In addition, there will be front power windows, remote central locking, power steering, mounted controls on the steering wheel, and adjustable ORVMs.

Engine and Gearbox

A new 1.0-liter, three-cylinder K10C petrol engine, producing 67 horsepower and 90 Nm, will power the new Alto. A 5-speed manual transmission and a 5-speed automatic manual transmission will be connected to the engine (AMT). The present model’s 796 cc, three-cylinder engine is rumoured to be absent from the new Alto. The Renault Kwid and the new Alto will continue to be competitors.
