Maruti Grand Vitara vs Brezza: The leading automaker in India, Maruti Suzuki, upgraded a number of its current models and also introduced a few new ones in 2022. The Maruti lineup includes a few SUVs, just like other automakers. The Brezza is one of Maruti’s well-liked SUVs. A few months ago, the completely updated Brezza was introduced to the market. In addition to this, Maruti also offers the Grand Vitara SUV. It will serve as Maruti’s flagship model in India, and in the photographs below, the Grand Vitara and the Brezza are sized similarly.
Maruti Grand Vitara vs Brezza: Competitors
The pictures were uploaded to bigtorquer’s Instagram account. The Grand Vitara and the Maruti Brezza can be seen parked next to one another in the images. As we all know, the Maruti Brezza is a sub-4 metre compact SUV, and its primary competitors in the market are the Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, and Hyundai Venue. However, as a mid-size SUV, the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara will fight in the market with models like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, and Volkswagen Taigun. Although the Maruti Brezza appears to be smaller than the Grand Vitara on paper, the actual results are somewhat different.
Maruti Grand Vitara vs Brezza: Comparison
In the pictures, the Maruti Brezza appears to be Grand Vitara-sized. The Maruti Brezza seems wider from the front than the Grand Vitara. The design is what led to this. The headlamps on the 2022 Brezza are sleek and made to appear like they are a part of the front grille, giving the vehicle a larger appearance. 4,345 mm long, 1,795 mm wide, and 1,645 mm height is how long the Maruti Grand Vitara is. In contrast, the Maruti Brezza is 3,995 mm long, 1,790 mm wide, and 1,685 mm height. Brezza is 40 mm taller than the Maruti Grand Vitara, despite being 350 mm longer and 5 mm wider than it.
Wheelbases for the Grand Vitara and Maruti Brezza are 2,600 mm and 2,500 mm, respectively. The Brezza’s use of less chrome at the front end contributes to the wider appearance it has from the front. Both SUVs have a commanding appearance that would draw attention. The Maruti Brezza’s side profile may create the appearance that the wheels are smaller. It’s because Maruti only includes 16-inch wheels with the Brezza, and those wheels look tiny in the spacious SUV wheel well. With the higher variant, the Maruti Grand Vitara gets 17-inch wheels that fit the SUV properly.
Rear view
Both the Maruti Brezza and Grand Vitara have stylish tail lamps at the back. The Maruti Brezza appears larger than the Grand Vitara because the rear of the vehicle has a considerably more muscular appearance. The Grand Vitara has a premium appearance similar to that of the Brezza thanks to its slender LED tail lamps and connected LED bar. Overall, both SUVs appear nice in the photos, albeit the Maruti Brezza may appear a little larger than the Grand Vitara due to the angle at which the photos were taken.
