Maruti Suzuki Fronx: Specifications, features, price and booking, all about this amazing SUV

Maruti Suzuki Fronx: The Fronx, a subcompact SUV, was presented by Maruti Suzuki on Thursday at the Auto Expo 2023. The company is accepting reservations for the small SUV and will sell it through its Nexa dealership. The Hyundai Venue and Tata Nexon will be competitors of the Heartect-based Maruti Fronx.

Nexa Blue, Arctic White, Grandeur Grey, Earthen Brown, Opulent Red, Opulent Red + Bluish Black, Splendid Silver, and Splendid Silver + Bluish Black are just a few of the colour possibilities available for the Maruti Fronx.

Sigma, Delta, Delta+, Zeta, and Alpha are the five variations of the subcompact SUV that are offered. All of the versions' interiors have two tones.

All about Maruti Suzuki Fronx

Both the 1.0L Turbo Boosterjet and the 1.2L Dual Jet Dual VVT engines are available for the Fronx subcompact SUV. The 998 cc 1.0L Turbo Boosterjet has a power output of 73.6 kW at 5500 rpm and a torque output of 147.6 Nm at 2,000–4,500 rpm. The 1,197 cc 1.2L Dual Jet Dual VVT engine produces 66 kW at 6000 rpm and 113 Nm at 4,400 rpm of torque. Regenerative braking and electric torque assistance are included with the latter.

The vehicle has a wheelbase of 2,520 mm and a 308-liter trunk.

All five of its manual and automatic transmission models have ESP, hill hold assist, dual front airbags, reverse parking sensors with graphical displays, all three point ELR seatbelts, electric rear defoggers, and child seat restraint systems as standard equipment.

The other variants come with the SmartPlay Pro infotainment system, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an onboard voice assistant, four speakers, power windows, and climate control in addition to the base model.

The most expensive models also include emergency alerts, breakdown notifications, stolen vehicle notifications and tracking, valet notifications, smartwatch connectivity, hazard lights, low fuel notifications, Overspeed notifications, battery status, door and lock notifications, live vehicle tracking, location sharing, driving score, navigate to the car, guidance around the destination, etc.

Price and Booking

The Fronx might cost about Rs 8 lakh. Booking for The Fronx costs Rs 11,000 initially.
