On September 26, the car made its debut and entered a market loaded with rivals. In India, the automobile faces up against the Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, and other brands. The car's strong hybrid powertrain, which outperforms its competitors, is the reason behind its popularity.

With an available e-CVT gearbox, the Grand Vitara Intelligent Electric Hybrid has a 27.97 km/l fuel efficiency. Additional high-tech features include a 360-degree parking camera system, heated seats, and a coloured heads-up display.
