Maruti Suzuki Jimny: After much anticipation, Maruti has now officially introduced Jimny to the Indian market. The company has released Jimny in a total of two variations. Engine details

The Indian-spec 1.5-litre K15B petrol engine in the Suzuki Jimny generates 104 Hp and 134 Nm of torque. You have the option of a 5-speed manual transmission or a 4-speed automatic transmission. The Jimny has a low-range transfer case and can drive all four wheels.

Features

A 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected car technology, automated climate control, cruise control, keyless entry, and a multi-info display are some of the top features of the Jimny. Six airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors and a camera, and electronic stability control all contribute to passenger safety.

Price in India

Jimny’s starting ex-showroom pricing has been set by the business at Rs 12.75 lakh. The manual Zeta version is priced at this amount. The Zeta Automatic costs Rs 13.94 lakh ex-showroom in this. While the top-tier Alpha variant’s manual version costs Rs 13.69 lakh, the ex-showroom cost of the Alpha variant with an automatic gearbox is Rs 14.89 lakh. These prices apply to the single-tone versions of it. Dual variants cost between Rs. 13.85 and Rs. 15.05 lakh ex-showroom. Only two versions and four gearbox choices are available for the SUV.
