Renault Kardian: Renault has globally unveiled its new premium SUV, Kardian. The all-new premium SUV is made for developing markets like South America. The brand is expected to launch the new offering first in Brazil. Kardian SUV seems to have taken place above Kiger which is already on sale in Indian market.
Renault Kardian Powertrain
The new SUV comes powered by a 1.0 litre three-cylinder engine which churns out the maximum power of 123 bhp and a peak torque of 220 Nm. The powerhouse comes coupled with a 6-speed dual clutch automatic transmission. Kardian SUV also comes with a Star and Stop system that enhances the mileage of the SUV. Whereas, Kiger comes with 1.0 litre turbo petrol engine in India, this powerhouse generates the maximum power of 99 bhp and a peak torque of 160 Nm, it comes coupled with a CVT automatic transmission.
Renault Kardian: Design Language
As far as the design is concerned, Kardian features a split headlamp setup in the front and a flat bonnet. The new SUV also comes with a plastic cladding on the sides that enhances it SUV appeal. The vehicle comes with 17-inch diamomd-cut alloy wheels, roof rails and shark fin type antenna. Rear design of the Kardian looks similar to the Kiger available in India.

In terms of features, Kiger comes with 13 Advanced Driver Aids System, 360 degree parking camera, Blind Spot Warning a, 6 airbags, Adaptive cruise control, Frontal collision warning, active emergency braking and speed limiter.
