Tata’s electric vehicle has now come under scrutiny for a different reason. a client made a complaint about an issue with a Tata electric vehicle. The customer alleges that the Nexon EV has caused her a great deal of suffering. This client tweeted about her suffering and asked the business to take back the vehicle.

Tata Nexon EV issue
Carmelita uploaded a post in which she said that on her two excursions from Mumbai to Pune, she ran into issues. The SUV’s battery malfunctioned when she first used it, but the dealership eventually replaced it. The user also expressed dissatisfaction with the charging facilities at Turbhe and the Food Mall for not functioning. She further asserted that Tata’s ZConnect Support provided no support. According to the customer, Tata’s toll-free number 18008332233 also wasn’t functional.
Tata quickly replied to the disappointed customer, ” Hi, we would really like to help you with this. Kindly provide your contact information, dealer details and Location details via DM, so we can have the concerned team contact you for further assistance.”
