Upcoming bikes 2023

Upcoming bikes 2023: Yamaha has a wide range of products in many different markets around the world. In India, there are no budget motorcycles or scooters for commuters in the company's lineup. Yamaha only has premium commuters and 125cc scooters that are premium or better.

The company also has a big gap in the EV market

One would think that Yamaha would bring all of its big bikes to India if this was the case. But that's not what's happening. Yamaha's best bike in India is the 150cc YZF-R15, which is a sporty machine. As far as engine size goes, 250cc is the max, and the company also has a big gap in the EV market. Yamaha's upcoming products will fill some gaps in 2023, but others are likely to still be wide open. Yamaha plans to bring at least one electric vehicle (EV), some of its big bikes, and more quarter-litre bikes to India. Let's take a look.

Yamaha FZ-X25

Everyone loves feeling nostalgic, so a motorcycle that makes people feel that way is sure to be a hit. This is exactly what Royal Enfield offers, and it is by far the most successful company in the Neo-retro motorcycle market. A few new people have also tried to get a piece of this pie. We have the Honda CB350, the Yezdi, and the Jawa.

Even though Yamaha is bringing back the legendary RX name, it won't happen until at least 2025. Between now and then, we might get an FZ-X with a 250cc engine. Also, an ADV with a 150cc or 250cc engine based on the FZ-X.

Neo's electric scooters

The electric scooter Neo had Yamaha's electric scooters have been shown to dealers in India, so it was pretty clear that they would be coming out soon. The main question was, "Which one?" The E01 and the Neo were the two electric scooters that were shown. The Neo scooter is more likely to be sold in India than the E01 maxi-styled electric scooter. When it comes out, prices could be more than Rs. 2 lakh.

Yamaha R7

Even though we want R1 to come out, we're glad that Team Blue is finally making a big bike after a long time. Yamaha YZF-R7 is the spiritual successor of R6, and people all over the world have different thoughts about it because it doesn't have a 4-cylinder symphony.

MT-09 & MT-07

Instead, the R7 has a 689 cc inline twin-cylinder engine that makes 73 bhp of power and 67 Nm of torque. R7 is a powerful middle-weight sport motorcycle that weighs only 188 kg. When it comes out in 2023, the price is likely to be more than Rs. 9–10 Lakh. MT-09 & MT-07 Yamaha recently gave hints about the R7 and the MT-09. Yamaha is bringing not only its 700cc bikes to India, but also its MT-09 with a 900cc engine. The MT-07 wasn't in the teaser, so it's less likely to get to India. MT-07 is basically a R7 stripped down for use on the street.

But MT-09 is a totally different beast. It is powered by a 890cc, 3-cylinder, inline engine that is liquid-cooled and puts out close to 120 bhp and 93 Nm of torque. This will put the new Ducati Monster and the 2023 Triumph Street Triple R in the fight.
