The fuel-injected 125cc engine of the Fascino 125 produces 10.3Nm at 5000 rpm and 8.2PS at 6500 rpm. Moreover, it is equipped with a starter generator resembling the ACG starting used in Honda scooters.  Most crucially, it has a mild hybrid system that, although briefly, helps the engine accelerate while travelling at low speeds.

Honda Scoopy. However, the Scoopy built for Indonesia delivers 9PS and 9.3Nm. If Honda maintains the Scoopy’s performance for the Indian market, it may surpass even its rivals’ 110cc models in terms of power.

Features

While the tail lamp maintains the “V” shape, the Fascino 125 Hybrid disc model adds an LED headlight. The grab handles have also been updated. In contrast to the disc version, the headlamp, turn indicators positioned on the front apron, and side panel trim on the drum variation are finished in black. It’s terrible that the drum Fascino still uses halogen bulbs for its headlamp, tail lights, and turn signals. A side-stand cutoff switch, an under-seat USB charger that is optional, and a digital instrument panel with Bluetooth connectivity, and these features are included in both versions.

From its oval headlamp cluster on the apron to the sleek, sweeping features often found on European scooters, the Honda Scoopy is a one-of-a-kind product. The Japanese bikemaker didn’t skimp even on features. Among its features are keyless ignition, a partially digital instrument panel, an LED projector headlamp, and a USB charger.

Price in India

Prices for the Yamaha Fascino 125 begin at Rs 77,100 for the drum version (Red, Yellow, Black, Cyan Blue), Rs 78,100 for the blue metallic, matte blue, and copper versions), and Rs 86,730 for the red SPL and black SPL versions of the disc version (all prices ex-showroom Delhi).

In Indonesia, the Honda Scoopy retails for IDR 2,04,75,000, or roughly Rs. 1.08 lakh. This bike will be made in India and is expected to cost roughly Rs 76,000. (ex-showroom).
