Yamaha Tenere 700: Yamaha has added the Rally Edition and the World Raid Edition machines to the Tenere 700 lineup over the years after its launch in 2019 to broaden its product selection. Once again, the firm has unveiled two new models for 2023: the Extreme Edition and the Explore Edition.
With a larger and wider windscreen, a customised gear change for quicker shifting, and optional side bags, the Tenere 700 Explore Edition is designed for long-distance travel. Seat height is adjusted at 860 mm, 15 mm lower than standard, with the suspension reduced for better reach. With 190 mm of suspension travel at the front and 180 mm at the back, the Kayaba fork and mono shock are both 20 mm lower at the front and rear, respectively.
Tenere Extreme Edition
In comparison to the World Raid and Rally editions, which are made for off-road racing, the Tenere Extreme Edition is developed for heavy-duty use but is not as extreme. Similar to the base model in terms of hardware, it has an enhanced suspension with a Kayaba fork with 230 mm of suspension travel and a fully adjustable shock absorber with 220 mm of travel. It now has a 910 mm seat height, up to 35 mm. Also, the bike has a radiator shield, lightweight aluminium chain, 35% bigger and 200 grammes lighter titanium footpegs, a high-mounted front fender designed in the motocross style, and more.

Pricing and availability
the Indian branch of the company has no intentions to introduce the Tenere 700 there because of import restrictions, despite the fact that it is an ideal motorbike for a market like India. The Tenere 700 is currently only produced in France, and importing that bike would result in extremely high import taxes, making it impracticable to introduce it here.
