Tata Motors has launched the all-new Tata Sierra EV in India at an introductory starting price of ₹18.79 lakh (ex-showroom), marking the return of one of the company’s most iconic SUV nameplates in an all-electric avatar. The electric SUV is available in multiple variants with two battery pack options and a claimed driving range of up to 665 km on a single charge.

The Sierra EV is offered with 63 kWh and 75 kWh battery packs. The 63 kWh version delivers a claimed range of 565 km, while the larger 75 kWh battery offers a claimed range of up to 665 km. Buyers can choose between rear-wheel-drive (RWD) variants, with an all-wheel-drive (AWD/QWD) version also available on select trims.

The SUV features Tata Motors’ latest connected car technology, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), premium interiors, fast-charging capability, and a lifetime battery warranty. It also comes equipped with multiple terrain modes, a panoramic display setup, and a host of safety and convenience features.
Bookings for the Tata Sierra EV are now open, while customer deliveries are scheduled to begin from July 15, 2026. The electric SUV will compete with models such as the Hyundai Creta Electric, Mahindra BE 6, Maruti e Vitara, and other premium electric SUVs in the Indian market.
