A 1.0-liter K10C petrol engine with idle start/stop technology powers the new Alto K10. This engine can produce 89Nm of torque and 66bhp of power. Both a manual and an AMT gearbox are available. According to the manufacturer, the new Alto K10 will achieve 24.39 km/l in manual form and 24.90 km/l in AMT form.

Around 65% of Alto sales, according to Shashank Srivastava, Senior Executive Officer, Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki, come from smaller cities. However, with the new model, Maruti is targeting buyers in larger cities who are between the ages of 25 and 35. Is.
