Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara: will it outperform other variants? A September launch is eagerly awaited; know the price and features

Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara: The biggest automaker in India recently introduced its flagship SUV, and there is a lot of excitement surrounding it. The Grand Vitara has begun showing up at Nexa dealerships across the nation ahead of its scheduled debut in September 2022. The same is already available for pre-booking, and it can be done by paying a nominal fee of Rs 11,000.

A stunning SUV, the new Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara. It features a sizable chrome-accented grille up front, with LED DRLs on either side and headlights below. It comes with linked LED taillamps at the back and 17-inch machined-cut alloy wheels. There will be nine different colour options for the Grand Vitara.

Door visors, headlight garnishes, side moulding, outside rearview mirror garnishes, tailgate garnish, a roof carrier, roof cross bars, and side stairs are among the a-la-carte extras that Maruti Suzuki is currently providing. Additionally, you have the choice of one of four dashboard trim options, including Luxe Dusk Wood, Luxe Dawn Wood, Copper Marble, and Grey Marble. Maruti Suzuki offers 15 various seat covers for the Grand Vitara, of which four are compatible with the variations with side airbags if you want to select your own. All-weather 3D mats, rubber boot mats, illuminated and standard door sills, window sunshades, and wireless phone chargers are additional a-la-carte options.

A 1.5-liter petrol engine with robust hybrid technology and an e-CVT will power the new Grand Vitara. The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder will also function with this powerplant, making it the most fuel-efficient SUV in India. The electric motor generates 79 horsepower and 141 Nm, while it generates 91 bhp and 122 Nm.

This powerplant has a total output of 114 horsepower. Additionally, it will include a 1.5-liter mild-hybrid petrol engine with 101 horsepower and 136.8 pound-feet of torque, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, an optional AWD system will be available for its manual models. The new Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara will compete with vehicles like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, etc.
