Suzuki Burgman Street EX launched in India, will compete with the likes of Activa 125 and Ntorq scooters

Suzuki Burgman Street EX: The Burgman Street 125 scooter now comes in a new version, thanks to Suzuki Motorcycle India. Suzuki Burgman Street EX is the name given to it. This new model has undergone some hardware and feature updates.

A 12-inch rear wheel is fitted into the new Burgman Street EX scooter. In place of the 90/100 section tyres, it receives 10-inch units that are smaller and 100/80 section tyres. Additionally, it has an automatic start-stop engine system and silent starter technology. The larger wheel will boost its level of comfort and stability. Its riding pleasure is further enhanced by the wheelbase’s 25mm increased length. The weight of the new variant has gone up by 1 kg as a result of all these modifications. 

All About the vehicle

Three new colour schemes for the Suzuki Burgman Street EX 2022 have been unveiled. These include the Metallic Matte Black No. 2 and Metallic Matte Platinum Silver No. 2 colour schemes. In contrast, the normal version of the product is available in the colours Regular Metallic Matte Bordeaux Red, Pearl Mirage White, Metallic Matte Fibroin Gray, and Metallic Matte Black.

The Suzuki Ride Connect feature is a standard feature on the scooter model Suzuki Burgman Street EX. The rider can use turn-by-turn navigation and mobile communication notifications by pairing the console with a smartphone.

The price of the new Suzuki Burgman Street EX is Rs 1,12,300. This price is ex-showroom. It is almost Rs 19,000 costlier than the current variant, which costs Rs 89,900. The new EX variant of the scooter will be sold alongside the existing model. It will compete with scooters like TVS NTorq 125, Yamaha Fascino 125, Aprilia SXR 125 and Honda Activa 125.
