Elecrama 2023: Servokon showcases its state of the art solar panels, transformers and other products in world’s biggest electrical fair

Elecrama 2023: Servokon showcased its might at the Elecrama 2023, which is Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers’ Association’s stand-alone showcase of the Indian electrical and allied electronics industry. From venturing into solar market to launching their biggest transformer, Servokon’s Elecrama 2023 journey saw mega success.

In an exclusive conversation with DNP India, Mr Haji Kamruddin, founder of Servokon, shared his experience at Elecrama and what’s new for Servokon customers this year.

Strong product idea and customer satisfaction

MGR Industries welfare association’s Deepak Sharma, who has been availing Servokon’s services, told us that the brand has been providing the best of services to its customers. Their product ideas and customer satisfaction are unmatchable, he said. He further told us that the brand’s marketing strategy has worked in their favour. “Their marketing is perfect,” he said.

Servokon provides excellent after-sale service 

Sunil Arora, another client of Servokon, said, “We are very proud of our association with Servokon. We have been using their products for quite some time now in out factory and has no complain whatsoever with the services. “

When asked what differentiates Servokon from its competitors in market, he said, “Every brand boasts of its quality. However, it’s Servokon’s after-sale services that will truly leave an impact on customers. Their employees will help you with best of their abilities. Not only Servokon, their customer care offers services for other brands’ products also.” 

Mr Arora also shared an anecdote in context with Servokon’s excellent services. He shared once his factory with 150 workers had to be shut down due to fault in their existing transformers. Servokon not only stepped up to repair it, but also set up their own appliances free of cost to continue the work flow.

Mr Haji Kamruddin says ‘grateful to Elecrama’

Servokon’s visionary founder, Mr Haji Kamruddin, shared his Elecrama journey with us. He said that it’s a wonderful feeling to be a part of the celebrated platform which houses India’s topmost electrical brand and sees people coming not only from India, but from across the world. Customers, old and news, government officials and consultants are visiting the stalls.

“We have also installed our newly launched 1600 KW transformer, which was recently approved by the government, here, which is being practically examined,” he said. The businessman further added that the have recently entered the flourishing solar energy market. 

Servokon has been a part of Elecrama for over 10 years and has attended sessions, he revealed, adding ‘we are grateful to this platform.”

Zakir Hussain, director of Serevokon, told us, “Elecrama is world’s biggest market for electrical appliances and this is happening three years after covid. This is the biggest platform and we showcases our biggest transformer here. He shared that the platform will be instrumental in shifting their image. “ Servokon is known for its servostablisers, however, their with their newly launched transformers, the brand has ventured into a new market. On being asked the response to servokon at Elecrama, he shared, “It is great. Every person from electric field comes to elecrama. You will get all the products here,” he said.
