About the launch

Let us notify you that on Saturday, October 1, 2022, during the opening of the India Mobile Congress, Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially launched 5G services throughout the nation. Mukesh Ambani, the chairman of Reliance Industries, and his son Akash were also there. From October 1, Jio 5G rollout has begun in the nation’s major cities. Mukesh Ambani promised that the nation would soon be able to use the 5G ultrafast internet services on this occasion. By Diwali, 5G service will be available in a few major cities, and by the end of 2023, it would be available everywhere.

Additionally, he noted that India will have cheaper 5G services than the rest of the globe. “The launch of 5G is not an ordinary event in India’s telecom history,” he declared. Despite a somewhat later start than other countries, the United States will bring out 5G services that are of greater quality and more competitively priced.
