Royal Enfield EV Bike: The next electric bike from Royal Enfield will probably have a neo-retro motorbike design. Although the bike is still in the development stage, online rumours claim that India would see its premiere by 2025. Highlights of its design are likely to include a round headlight, round LED indicators, and a round digital instrument panel. Additionally, Royal Enfield will model it like the larger RE ICE models, like the Classic 350 itself, with a roadster construction.
Battery and range
Many specifics are currently unknown because this will be Royal Enfield’s first electric bike. It uses a 5kW BLDC hub motor and a 72V 80Ah battery pack. The bike’s range in ordinary mode is 90 km, while in economy mode, it is over 100 km. It takes roughly 7 hours to fully charge the battery. It may be charged using a domestic 15 amp outlet. The bike’s top speed is 110kmph.
