Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath held discussions with a Russian business delegation during the UP International Trade Show 4.0, focusing on strengthening industrial and investment partnerships between Uttar Pradesh and Russia.

The Chief Minister met Andrey Sobolev, Trade Commissioner of the Russian Federation in India, along with representatives from Russian businesses. The discussions covered potential opportunities for investment and industrial cooperation across several key sectors.

During the meeting, the two sides explored possibilities for cooperation in metro coaches, railway equipment, heavy engineering, machinery, defence and aerospace components, energy technologies and advanced manufacturing.

The engagement comes as Uttar Pradesh seeks to expand its industrial partnerships with global economies and attract international investment into the state.

Russian Companies Show Interest in Uttar Pradesh

According to Yogi Adityanath’s statement, the Russian delegation expressed interest in accelerating investments in Uttar Pradesh.
