Rasik Dave: Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actress Ketki Dave’s husband, Rasik Dave passed away owing to kidney failure on July 29. Rasik was known for his work in Gujarati films and theatre. He even and essayed the role of Nand in the epic television series Mahabharat, which started airing in the 1980s.
What happened?
As per a report in Etimes, Rasik had been battling kidney-related ailments and he was on dialysis for the past couple of years. And according to doctors, his last one month was painful as his kidneys continued to deteriorate and were not working properly. Rasik is survived by his wife Ketki and their son and daughter.

Who was Rasik Dave?
Also called as Rasik Bhai by his industry friends, the actor was 65 at the time of his death. He started his career in 1982 with the Gujarati film ‘Putra Vadhu’.
Whereas his wife Ketki Dave has starred in Gujarati and Hindi films and shows. Is known for projects like Aamdani Atthanni Kharcha Rupaiya, and Kal Ho Naa Ho and the most popular of them is Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. She also participated in Bigg Boss season 2.
The duo also ran a Gujarati theatre company. And the Mahabharata Actor also participated in ‘Nach Baliye 2’ with his wife in 2006.
