1 Killed as Shuttering of Under-construction Building Collapses in Lucknow’s Sarojini Nagar

A major accident took place in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, on Monday evening, the shuttering of the under-construction research center in Sarojini Nagar area collapsed, due to which a laborer died, while the condition of four people in this accident was said to be critical.

The accident took place at Raniapur in Sarojini Nagar area, where the injured were taken to Faun Hospital.

According to the information, the roof of the UP Police Training and Forensic Science Institute under construction at Raniapur in Sarojini Nagar was being laid on Monday. During this, all the debris came down suddenly due to the collapse of the shuttering, in which five laborers were buried. After the accident, the workers were immediately taken out by the colleagues present there and brought to the hospital. Where one laborer died in the trauma center in critical condition, while the remaining four laborers have been admitted in critical condition.

A case has been registered in the Sarojini Nagar police station area of ​​this accident. At the same time, taking cognizance of the incident, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given directions to the district administration and police officers to get treatment immediately.

The injured are being treated at Prasad Hospital. The laborer Akram has died. At the same time, Sumir Mahali, Palus, Dulal, Digvijay are undergoing treatment among the injured laborers. However, the information about where these laborers are from is being ascertained.
